Legend of the Nobles History

• September 12, 2015:
  Legend of the Nobles head coder decides to try and kick start the game in an effort to breath new life into the game. Posting on Facebook and poking at past players and immortals to have them once again login in order to restore it's former glory. Coding updates resume and some players begin to login.
  
  
• October 24, 2010:
  Legend of the Nobles decides to re-brand internal workings and website to reflect domain name changes. Posting game as "unmanaged" on MudConnector is considered.
  
  
• May 7, 2010:
  Legend of the Nobles fully admits its demise and decides not to renew the domain LEGENDOFTHENOBLES.COM.
  
  
• January 2010:
  Legend of the Nobles staff decide to cease full support of the once great MUD. Limited support and monitoring are maintained.
  
  
• Febuary 6, 2008:
  Legend of the Nobles increases the availble bandwith to the server, improving performance and allowing for more services.
  
  
• March 31, 2007:
  Legend of the Nobles moves to its own server, hosted under the newly founded subsidiary GATIHNARGAMING.COM.
  
  
• September 16, 2006:
  On its 10th Anniversary, Legend of the Nobles introduces Version 5.1 and moves to an account based system. Several other updates are included in the new version, including a new area of over 850 rooms that was two years in the making!
  
  
• July 1, 2004:
  Legend of the Nobles moves from BetterBox (http://www.betterbox.net) to Wolfpaw (http://www.wolfpaw.net) for their hosting needs in an effort to better serve their players at a more affordable rate.
  
  
• April 1, 2004:
  Legend of the Nobles stakes its claim as a permanent Internet fixture by purchasing the domain LEGENDOFTHENOBLES.COM.
  
  
• January 31, 2004:
  The long awaited Legend of the Nobles Version 5 goes live.
  
  
• October 2000:
  Recovering from the short-lived Version 3, Legend of the Nobles Version 4 goes live.
  
  
• January 2000:
  Legend of the Nobles Version 3 goes live.
  
  
• May 1997:
  The legendary Legend of the Nobles Version 2 goes live.
  
  
• September 1996:
  Legend of the Nobles goes online with Version 1.
